Similarly to the flu, malaria symptoms include chills, high fever, muscle pain. Typically those symptoms appear in cycles. In more severe cases, malaria can cause damage to the brain, kidneys, lungs, and heart. In rare cases it can be deadly as well.

In most cases malaria can be prevented by taking medicine before, during and after travel to a place where malaria is common. Sometimes the medicine doesn’t work, as the parasites in some parts of the world are resistant to it.


 Home Remedies for Malaria

1. In a glass of hot water add a 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, and 1 tsp of honey. Drink the mixture in sips while hot.

2. Mix 2 tsp of chirata powdercloves, and 1 tps of cinnamon powder. Put them into 250 ml of hot water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, and then strain the mixture. Drink 2-3 tsp of the mixture for 5 times per day.
